Our booking policy is very transparent and straightforward
Minimum of 50% of the balance is payable at time of booking
The remaining balance is payable and must be cleared funds 10 days before the event date
If you're looking to book us and it is within 10 days of the event, then full payment is required at time of booking
If no payment is received 10 days before the event to cover the remaining balance, then we will cancel the event, and any deposit paid will be returned minus 20% cancellation feeCancellation before 10 days of the event, any deposit will be returned minus 20% cancellation fee Cancellation within 10 days of the event no refund will be issued
Reece & Henry will only cancel an event if no payment has been received and within and according to the timeframes detailed and outlined above, also if we are required to do so by law or at the clients request (see our client cancellation policy charges above) or any situation beyond our control
